When I was born I was considered a sinner.
I didn’t know right from wrong.
I asked the lord to forgive me.
Be my savior from that day on.

Fly away, fly away up to heaven.
Fly away where your souls can be free.
Fly away to the place your forgiven.
Fly away fly to heaven with me.

Take the rich take the poor take the lonely.
Take the strong take the weak in your arms.
Take the believer who worships you only.
Take the sinner(if he asks) and keep him from harm.

All my life I have always remembered.
To keep Jesus deep in my heart.
And I know when my life here is over.
He and I will never part.
