The dawn, awakens the day
another day given, to pray
Beautiful colors race across the sky
created for such as I
My eyes take in the sight
as I move toward the light
Humbled by emotions I feel
it's beauty is so surreal
The wonder of the beautiful scene
commands my heart to sing
My lips praise the one on high
as He patiently draws me nigh
I need not ask for more than this
as I bask in my Savior's bliss
