Shout Glory

Did you see the shepherds that night in Bethlehem
Led there by the angels to see the hope of man
They came in with wonder
They left to proclaim
We have seen the savior
Christ Jesus is his name

Shout glory, shout holy, shout hallelujah
Shout glory, shout holy, shout hallelujah

Did you see his mother that night in Bethlehem
Pondering those things she could barely understand
In awe she gazed down,
Son of god, son of man
Yet she saw her baby
And held his tiny hand

Shout glory, shout holy, shout hallelujah
Shout glory, shout holy, shout hallelujah

Did you see the glory that shone upon his face
Could you see salvation was given there by grace
He came as a baby
He left as a lamb
To be resurrected and come to us again

Shout glory, shout holy, shout hallelujah
Shout glory, shout holy, shout hallelujah

Thank you so much for the comments. I have never written a song before. I was trying to find a christmas song to sing for our church concert when the Holy Spirit said \"write and gave me these words and the music. It was written in about 15 minutes and i had to record it with my camera so i wouldn\'t forget what the music was like. So i really cant take credit for writing it, just for listening. I also feel the Holy Spirit especially in the chorus .

Dear Glenda Joan and Myself listened to it on Christmas day and it was annointed by the Holy Spirit because all the praise belongs to Him,and allowing yourself to be used by Him.

Hey Glenda-lady! This is a wonderful song. It\'s too bad that I missed the church performance, but I\'m so glad I can listen to it here.

The song is obviously wonderful. The lyrics had a perfect rhyme and if sung under the influence of the Holy Spirit would really affect the vilest of sinners to salvation. Glenda keep the spirit alive.
